you know when you will give a fuck buddy, when someone you loved is either seriously battling this (like a sister or a bestfriend) or God forbid a parent or a child, and you cant even go and visit them or even talk to them because every breath that they take becomes that much harder.. I get you don't know any single person who has this (and I pray it stays that way for you).. but some of us have closed love ones who are suffering from this and you regret the sound of the phone going of, thinking the worst. Have some sensitivity some of us do give a fuck.. or will in the near future have to give a fuck. Its very brave to say, Id rather die.. I have the same sentiment, I would trade anything to be in my sister or best friends place, but I cant and have to watch them suffer.

I care in as far as continuing to point out how dumb it is. About getting sick, I have no care whatsoever, I will not live scared.

The one person I know that was sick and got a positive it went like this,
6/28 he was not felling well. I think I have a cold or allergies.
6/29 felt a little worse.
6/30 no smell or taste he tried surachi and tabasco, low grade fever, no appetite.
7/1 same as above.
7/2 covid test, drove himself 70 miles each way, only eating tangerines from 6/29.
7/3 temp of 101 day time, night 102.
7/4 same
7/5 same
7/6 positive test result, nasuia and pissing out his ass.
7/7 fever gone.
7/8 feels drained
7/9 playing golf!!!!

My mother DIED of a heart attack. I was fortunate enough to be with her the night before she died. I think heart attacks might be quite painful. My father DIED of cirrhosis of the liver, my older sister had to make the decision to unplug life support. I have a friend who's 3 year old wandered out of their motel room in the middle of the night and drowned in the motel pool.

Suffering and death is part of this experience for EVERYBODY. Making THIS covid suffering and death somehow worse than everybody else's is moronic.
