They also state, unequivocally, why they don't have to answer any questions of how that works:

"We are unapologetically Black in our positioning. In affirming that Black Lives Matter, we need not qualify our position. To love and desire freedom and justice for ourselves is a prerequisite for wanting the same for others."

And don't even worry about the socialist/marxist overtones of wanting to disable the "western nuclear family" for a system where the "village" takes care of kids communally.

That isn't problematic at all, and has shown great success in countries all over the world.
