I know a few who have been tested, but didn’t have it. One turned out to be allergies, another a cold, and a couple who had to have the test before having surgery. All were clear.

Ok, well now you all know someone. I was diagnosed with COVID-19 on 06/30. I have had a mild course with fever for approx. 5 days and a cough and congestion. I had headache and body aches for the first 4 days. I also lost my taste and sense of smell for the first week.

I have been fever free for 7 days now and my cough is better. I am a RN so I couldn't go to work sick and I had to make sure I didn't spread anything to my patients that I care for. I work with very sick cancer patients. That is all I work with.

When my results came back (the same day) I was only a little surprised. I figured it was what I had because of having fever for 5-6 days, 101-102. My job took me off for 2 weeks and it is paid and doesn't count against me.

My husband we presumed has it as well and quarantined with me for the past 2 weeks with milder symptoms than I had.

What a stupid ass poll that was.

I freaking met three or four recovered half my clients are missing friends and loved ones due to it and yet here we have deniers sticking their head in the sand while 1% of my freaking county are infected or recovered.

The results are not a surprise since most of you idiots never leave your moms basement, and have no friends. Just stupid people feeding off stupid people.

I know 8 or 9 people at work that had it, all recovered. two in their 50's / 60's ended up in hospital for a few weeks. the youngest I know was 24 or 25 I think and has lasting loss of smell / taste 4 weeks later - which honestly I think would suck bad.

The virus is real. Some people are dying and its an agonizing way to die, some people are getting very sick and slowly recovering, lots of people are probably carriers but have no symptoms. I know here in BC in March lots of people got really sick, me included, but they weren't testing people unless they had traveled to China. I called the covid line and told them I had symptoms, they told me to stay home, isolate and self monitor. They said that if I developed trouble breathing to call the hospital before going to emergency and only then would they test me. Meanwhile, my employer wants to know if I had it and maybe infected the whole office. So the numbers here are for sure low because most people that got sick never got tested.

But the truth is, more people died of fentanyl overdose in BC since January than have died of covid.

Never let a good crisis go to waste, and that's what they're doing, they have us scared, isolated, not allowed to hug friends, visit parents and grandparents, socialize with co workers, neighbors. They stopped us from earning money to pay the bills, they undermined small businesses and some will not recover (but the Walmarts and Burger Kings will survive - they thrived during lockdown because all the local small competition was shut down). They have us captive and are feeding us madness and hysteria on social media, tv and youtube.

Two from my town got it in US. Both have survived so far as i know. No one has seen either since they were hospitalised in march. Word is they were both in ICU and came out with severe organ damage, which they have been flown interstate for intensive specialist treatment. One is mid forties, one early fifties.Both were fit skiers. So far, our entire nations total cases equal a daily rise in one US state.

I know one that died and just found out yesterday that another got put on a ventilator. The guy on the vent is in his 40s and had no prexisting conditions. The guy that died was a local pastor in his 70's

Out of almost 2,000 votes only 14% have had someone close to them, within 2 degrees, catch the "virus".

In Arizona between 2019-2020 there were 156 counted deaths in Arizona due to the flu/pneumonia. From March 2020-June 2020 there have been 2,038 deaths due to Covid. So, for the first 4 months of the spread of covid in this state, there have been 13 times more deaths from covid than the flu the previous entire year. We still have 6 more long months to go.

The infection density in this state has gone from 899/100k people to 1,567/100k people in 2 weeks. Just to give you perspective on that, the infection density from the start of the pandemic until now in NEW YORK is 2,053/100k people. At this rate, Arizona will eclipse New York in a little over a week.

Don't be a dumbass. This shit is real, my wife works in a hospital and sees the shit every single day she goes in. If you choose not to wear a mask, that is your choice, but it is the wrong one. The more we can keep yours, mine and everyone else's droplets out of the air the better.

You can not compare Covid19 that has been here six months with other illness that have been around for years. Maybe you can compare them after Covid has established for several years and even then you should compare the deaths in the same amount of time. Otherwise is useless.
