And businesses can enjoy their new revenue stream of only a fraction, until bankruptcy. Alienating a customer base is going to be the new norm. Operating at 25%-75% capacity and revenue, will be the new norm. Businesses shuttering left and right, will become the new norm. Are they whores for customer money, or will they go broke and bankrupt? Time will tell. |

It will be interesting to see if they adhere to their policy or quickly scrap it because time is money in the airline industry. As a business owner, why would you alienate ~50% of your customer base when you are ONLY operating at less than 75% capacity... Not a smart move. Most of us are not budging one bit on this hoax/mask BS. I WONT shop a location if they require masks. |

There are many other places that want, and NEED that money - else they risk bankruptcy. That was the loophole these political tards didn't count on. Everyone is a whore to money. Either customer money, or their employers paycheck. Many, will not enforce. |

They will be jobless and homeless and everyone will KNOW what they did. Nazi traitors |

Pay attention and read one word at a time. K? I'll even highlight the important ones. Dr. Anthony Fauci and the New England Journal of Medicine have admitted that masks are little more than symbols. And not this gay ass cloth stuff, an N100 should be the norm on public transport. Quoting: BeetusTech i totally agree. that is the one place I WANT to wear one. Also, as a business it is their right to refuse service. It is so fucking sad that I have to side with the libs on mask issues. how did it get to this? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 79096761 United States 07/09/2020 07:14 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | If an Airline REQUIRES IT, and you don't want to wear one, just drive. Airlines also require men to wear clothes that cover their lower privates or you can't fly, ditto shoes of some sort. If maskless people can break the airlines rules then nudists should be able to break the other clothing rules too and fly NAKED!! Just drive if you don't like the airlines' rules. If you don't like the fact that a business requires you to wear a mask to enter and shop, just shop elsewhere or don't shop at all. Most restaurants have a policy of "No Shirt, No Shoes, NO SERVICE" and I don't see people complaining about those very very restrictive rules … why the difference for some people with face mask rules? |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79096761 The difference is that shoes and shirt are part of normal, everyday attire. Wearing them does not constitute a danger to your health. A mask is not normal, everyday attire. Wearing one restricts your oxygen intake and causes you to breathe back your own carbon dioxide, possibly leading to hypoxia. Easily measurable with a $20 oximeter from Amazon. . |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77333689 United States 07/09/2020 07:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ... and furthermore, "No shoes/shirt, no service" is the RESTAURANT'S OWN policy, based on how they want their business represented to the general public. No government agency told the restaurant to do that. "Wear a mask" is a GOVERNMENT policy that gov't imposed on the restaurant to enforce, and restaurants do so out of fear of having the restaurant fined or closed down. This is a commie tactic, make the business enforce the rules so the business becomes the bad guy instead of the gubmint ... |
