Judge Sullivan Appeals Order to Dismiss Flynn Case

Yes he is, so to an uninterested party such as I might be, it belies his objectivity and suggests the question, "is someone paying under the table to keep this thing going and Flynn silenced?" I would be surprised if the appeals court allows this since it could tend to drag them into the same court of public opinion that Sullivan is now occupying.

You couldn't be more wrong. The judge has exercised his right to ask for an en banc hearing. This calls for the entire court to hear the case, not just the 3 who made the initial ruling. This is a routine procedure and happens every single day all over the country.
I have personally filed dozens of such motions over the years.

And BTW, A judge will sign an order whenever he gets around to it. Your 24-48 hour time table is fictional. If you think such a rule exists, please cite the section in the code that provides for that. Hint: There isn't one.
