the Judge has the discretionary to release Flynn, based on the merits.
and he's not doing it.
rather, he is persecuting Flynn.

Then why isny he removed and even charged? They are always foing stuff they arent supposed to with 0 repercussion. I dont understand

I'd like to see Sullivan tossed out of his judgeship and loose any pension which he is entitled due to his lack of common reasoning skills. If he cannot figure out that the suit is over and complete then he can go flip burgers at McDonalds and ponder why he has lost his pension.

In 2012 his son was arrested for the violent assault and rape of an underage girl. He beat and raped her for several hours at his home, and when he was “finished” with her, he left her laying on the floor while he went and watched television.

And if the court en banc tells him to dismiss he will just appeal it to the Supremes. That will delay it until after the election. Biden will win, the Supremes will rule for Sullivan, Flynn will go to prison, child sex trafficking and narco money laundering will resume at heated pace and the world will be screwed. It is very difficult to be optimistic at this point.

Double jeopardy isn't an idea- It's a legal principle that has absolutely nothing to do with this case. Even Trumps' lawyers wouldn't be dumb enough to argue that.
