get rid of race ,and classify people based on IQ

IQ tests are racist.

Actually this is correct. Too low of an IQ, and you are technically unable to serve even in the military. That means, you are not intelligent enough, that a position is available for you.

It should be expanded upon further. Both IQ, and a metric that tests and analysis common sense. I don't believe both our the same in any sense, not even close, and perhaps they have a test like this but I do no know.

You can be both brilliant, an intellectual, and have common sense. You can be a non-intellectual, but have significant common sense about your surroundings.
