Any other milk dunkers hold each cookie in a glass of milk and count the seconds to make sure it's not too short or too long? Usually a 6-count is just right. You could have the ingredients on hand. Good choclate chip cookies need oat flour so you pulverize oatmeal. A lot of people havenever had butterscotch morsels in a cookie and are delighted by them. Purchased cookies are expensive and of poor quality. You can't go wrong with what I suggested. Save your money. |

Well how about that - I accidentally put Oreo as the poll title instead of one of the choices. Quoting: Fist in the Box But Oreos aren't even an option and that's what I would pick. To be honest I'd pick "Newman Os" because I'm lame and organic I made the poll too hastily and didn't see that I put Oreo as the poll title until it was too late. Can't edit a poll, unfortunately. One vote for Newman Os it is. Anyone else can vote for Oreo in a post. |

It's a matter of personal preference plus what is available locally. Hickory nuts can often be found in the wild. My family and friends liked pecans in this recipe. [link to m.youtube.com (secure)] You can make you own premixed brownie recipe in ziplock bags. Keep that stuff airtight and rotate. |

An excellent camping cookie is a 7 layer cookie. Those go over real big as people eat like hungry bears on camping trips. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69629701 You could have the ingredients on hand. [link to m.youtube.com (secure)] As long as you have a refrigerator/freezer or it's winter time, if you have cocoa, coconut oil, and a sweetner (honey, maple syrup, sugar), then you can make a short lasting chocolate bar. It has no stabilizer and is 100% natural, so it sweats at room temp and melts quickly. You store it the refrigerator, a d your family gets very high quality chocolate bars as a treat for doing chores. Other you need "tempering" as a technique and a stabilizer added. It tastes like a 100% organic expensive chocolate bar. |

Good reminder. You're totally right. I've had those before and the're great. Also, raisins and walnuts eaten together make a good, healthy dessert. |

[link to m.youtube.com (secure)] Super simple Chocolate Truffles Again, you got to have refrigeration as they will melt. This is way easier and under an emergency situation where you are trying to make the best with few ingredients and iffy utilities, you might make these easier than cookies. Eggs and butter may be problematic, right? |

It also pulls infections and stains from teeth and gums, so an inexpensive way to medicinally treat that. A tooth ache in an emergenxy situation is all bad. A coconut oil pull and biting down on a garlic clove might fix the issue. Everything in your pantry when prepping has multiple uses. You might have cracked skin in winter and use a dab of coconut oil as a balm and maybe with some Common plantain from the yard. Otherwise it may get infected. |

Chocolate thin mints similar to what the Girl Scouts sell. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69629701 There are recipes. It would be smarter to have cheap brownie mix. Do you like Keebler fudge mint? Or Oreo thins mint? Last Edited by Fist in the Box on 07/09/2020 11:43 PM |

Mint is easily sourced as some pioneer lady grew it and t spread wild in a region. Never ever plant mint in a garden as it will take over through spreading roots. Use a container instead. It's smart to grow some as in an emergency, mouth wash will run out (my youngest daughter years ago said "wash mouth" for the longest time). The. with mint and baking soda, everyone can maintain dental health. So you could make a chocolate brown and add some homemmade mint extract from mint soaked in cognac. Or crush pepermint candies in the brownies. I guarantee they won't last long. [link to m.youtube.com (secure)] Here's an actual chocolate mint cookie, just not a crispy kind. Those exist too. Save your money and bake them as it impresses as few bake anymore. |
