Can the left be Anti-racist while still being racist?

All the social media companies, news media and even workplaces are all claiming to be against 'Hate' and 'Racism' while condoning and inciting it and leaving a blind eye to all the blatant racism, hate and violence as long as it's directed in one direction.

Can BLM and Antifa actually end racism and fascism while being racist and fascist? They say racism only comes from people with 'power' but Democrats have held power for decades and the social media/tech and news industry all is more for the lawless hypocrisy.

How will this actually make anyone say, you know what - I want to comply with the radicalization of the illogical mob and essentially commit suicide and just give up?
