The moment they broke and entered through that gate, they both had every legal authority to open fire on every one of those ass clowns on site. They have the right to protect their property and their lives.

You are exactly right. But it's bigger than that. Not only do we have to win. We have to win in such large numbers that it beats all of their voter fraud, intimidation and cheating of all sorts.

The State Attorney General said the Missouri has VERY liberal Castile Doctrine with extends to lives, homes, and also property. Which I took to mean you can shoot someone trying to take your property.

He also said that local DA is a corrupt leftist and does not and has not been following Missouri law since she was elected.

This is why you need to not only know but have a firm understanding of the law in your location regarding lethal force.

I am a staunch advocate of the second amendment and think that this case is bullshit. That being said; both of them are guilty of brandishing firearms which is a felony and they were caught on video doing it.

While Missouri has castle law it doesn't go so far as to justify lethal force to protect property and there is case law to back it up.

This is why one needs to be more well-versed than an attorney regarding the lawful use of lethal force even in areas with Castle Law and Stand Your Ground Laws.

Now open carry of both handguns as well as long guns is legal in Missouri. Had they both had holstered pistols clearly visible and the rifle slung they would've been in the clear.

Think for a minute. How quickly could you unholster a pistol or unsling a rifle and be ready to Rock-N-Roll? A few seconds. That few seconds could save you being put in a legal trickbag.

Honestly, they would've been better off retreating back into the house, dialed 911 and lay in wait. Now once inside they had Castle Law on their side and anyone would've reasonably seen that the mob, once they breached the house had ill intent. Intent to cause grievous bodily harm, death or violent felony(think: arson,murder, rape), that would've justified the use of lethal force.

They should've had the entire perimeter of their property wired for audio/video and let the insurance deal with property damage. I know that is a bitter pill to swallow for the internet tough guy but it's the truth.

Here's a learning experience for all of us. The left, libs and the mob is going out of their way to goad us into doing something illegal only to capture it on video to use against us. We all need to be smart, even in an adrenaline fueled heat of the moment situation. If you aren't capable of being cool under pressure in a situation like that, you probably shouldn't be armed to begin with and a court of law will most likely think the same.

The law is written to screw you. TPTB despise the fact that we are armed and can defend ourselves and will bend over backwards to screw you if you step a toe over the line. This pair being lawyers will most likely be convicted never allowed to own firearms again and the fact that they are lawyers, regardless of their specialization, will be what screws them. Remember ignorance of the law is no excuse? That goes double for an officer of the court however you may personally feel.
