And again, while forgiving oneself for something/s awful done, it is not selfish. It is a Service to All.

Don't forget, lovey, but do try to forgive yourself. Shame and regret are base emotions, and they do not at all serve you or the rest of us any good....

It's been my experience that through forgiving myself, I become a more mature person. Once you find the way to forgive yourself, you'll feel a change within you, too. It was subtle for me, but all the same there and noticeable.

And me? I've thought about the whole vow of silence gig, but I'm not here to be quiet. As a Wanderer, I wouldn't be doing my "job" if I sat somewhere OMing 24/7/365. There are others "geared" for that. I was and am not.

Chanting OM when I do does however relax me....

I see what you're saying now, yet still it does not have the w in front of it....the w symbol is what opens the consciousness door. The upside down w is about closing an opening. These are way older than dirt symbols.

I've thought about your post for a bit: I am personally okay with saying, "It was my pleasure"....and like another poster said, it doesn't infringe on my joy. It does indeed feel like a clean energy exchange.
