One is quercetin, a plant chemical found in most fruits and vegetables. It had been previously shown to be effective against the virus that causes severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), the epidemic recognized in 2003. Chinese researchers published a paper in 2004 that showed that small molecules of quercetin blocked the entry of the SARS coronavirus (SARS COV-1) into human host cells. I mentioned this in early march, based on this paper: [link to journals.plos.org (secure)] Other heavy-hitters seem to be lutein, rosmarinic acid and especially naringen/naringenin. Basically anywhere you find an ACE receiptor inhibitor you're also going to find a potential treatment for covid, since it enters through ACE2 receptors. |

I'm physically active, and eat anything I want because of it. Candy, cakes, ice cream for dinner. Doesn't matter. I stay a lean and mean 6'2" and 190lbs. |

User ID: 78831170 United States 07/12/2020 10:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I started on a Quercetin/Zinc regimen back in March when I heard about it on here. Haven't had an issue with any COVID (or other cold/allergy symptoms, for that matter) since starting it. Of course, all my friends and family say I'm "crazy" and a "conspiracy theorist" because I don't gobble up the MSM narrative. "The more you know, the less you fear." RIP, Tandym. |

I believe that an ACE2 inhibitor is not the same as an ACE2 blocker. But I don't know except that blockers like losartan are supposed to physically occupy the receptor and prevent the virus from attachment to the receptor. Not sure that inhibitors do. I don't think from my reading they're the same action.. |

I wonder if serrapeptase would also help. It's a general antiviral, dissolves the protective protein coating around the RNA payload. . DON'T VAX, PROPHYLAX! ____________ There is no anger in Me: If one offers Me thorns and thistles, I will march to battle against him, And set all of them on fire.
