Parents usually don't want their grown kids to live at home. They probably felt relief. It's easier for them to have more sex around the house and have less worries now.

That is wrong on so many levels. The cop should have had a plan before he let the parent unlock the door. He should have been giving safety instructions before and let the parent enter first. He was a little too quick to draw his gun otherwise.

Fire the cop. He had not plan or even gave instructions to the schizophrenic's person before allowing them to come out of the bathroom. He could have held the door partially closed and ordered the man to drop the knife outside the door.

Letting that poor guy out without thinking was just seeking to shoot him. Gee' the poor parents. This is horrible.

Low IQ cop, should be thinking ahead not in the vary moment. Before he let the mother unlock the door he should have been speaking to the individual and telling him his expectation, not letting the guy come straight out but instead asking him to drop the knife outside the door. Perhaps even ask the mother to take the knife. She knows her kid best after all.

This whole issue should have been handled differently. Any how I feel the cop should be fired and charged with murder. What the hell did he think was going to happen when he failed to control the situation. Duh on so many levels. That was murder.

The officer treated him like shit and was very tense in his voice and seemed to have issues. The poor mentally unwell man went from passive to suicidal.

The guy had walked away and gone in the house, something the cop (by law) could not have prevented. They hear yelling and mom tells the cop he has a knife and is stabbing himself in the neck. The guy exits the bathroom, KNIFE IN HAND, coming at the cop a matter of 3ft away and you want cop charged with murder?

The cop didn't make the guy go into a bathroom and start slashing his own throat with a knife. and now we have some here even wanting the cop charged with murder? The racist low IQ cop basically set it up by losing control of the situation (probably on purpose, so he could go on leave for two weeks and a badge of honor among other cops) and letting the disabled young man out of the bathroom with a knife in his hand. They were in shock. It must have been quite a surprise.

What you are not understanding is the cop lost control of the situation on what appears to be on purpose. That whole situation the cop with his extensive training should have been able to see what was coming next should the door open and the mentally ill guy had a knife. Instead he got frustrated and just let the situation happen that was predictable. That is murder.

That was what struck me as being so very odd when I watched this yesterday. Surreal was the same thought I had. The reaction of the mom immediately after was just bizarre

Perhaps the kid inherited some gene that sent him down this dark path. Just fyi, he wasn't "executed", he was sent to the hospital, not sure if he's still there.

Regardless, it's a shame all the way around.
