When I see these videos I always try to look at them objectively.

Based on what I saw in the available videos, there is no way they are going to convict the officers of anything.

It is odd. Every city run by Democrats has these same issues where the law is what they make up. If a certain ethnic group holds considerable power it is even worse. Republicans have their share of corruption. But they can’t come close to the level Democrats achieve.

That is possible. But given the nature of the actors involved (and I don’t mean crisis actors) I think it is simple pandering and directing attention away from themselves. I don’t think they really think very far ahead or think about anything other than themselves.

Generally; someone can be charged again any time for the same crime unless one of the following occurs: The statute of limitations expires; or jeopardy attaches, which occurs either after the jury is sworn or, in a bench trial, after the first witness is sworn.
This can be a complex legal issue and a good lawyer can usually come up with something to argue when any irregularities occur. So no, they are not free to go just because of this purported grand jury issue but that doesn't mean that some lawyer won't raise it.
BTW, I've been a criminal defense attorney for several decades.

Ive been saying this from the start. And even if they didnt screw up the case. How big are the chances of any of those cops going to jail? slim to non imo. i mean he was arresting someone (there was a crime) and the knee thing is what they learned in police training as far as i know. and if they didnt learn it there i know for a fact other states in the US (and outside the US) learn that.
So he could just say he was doing what he was thought and walk and possibly even without that it would be hard to send a cop to jail imo. and the other 3 that didnt even do anything, i cant even see what they would be send to jail for hypothetically.

But people were quick to loot and rob. I wonder what happens once the case is over or denied.
I mean what ever happened to zimmerman? nothing as far as i remember.
He shot a teen while being a neighborhood watch. thats not even the same as being a arresting cop

I both agree and disagree.

Let me explain. I agree somewhat in the local D.A. May or may not be in on it as far as thinking ahead. That being said; they, meaning the D.A. Definitely have someone pulling their strings. Whoever that is definitely has an agenda and they are definitely thinking ahead.

TPTB most definitely have an agenda and that is total control. They are definitely a thinking ahead. Probably decades ahead and that can be seen in how our rights have been curtailed. Little by little - “the death by a thousand cuts” instantly springs to mind.

Think about it for a second. Look at how our rights have been diminished. It wasn’t overnight. It has been a steady and gradual process over time. That is “long ball” strategy and that is future thinking.
