I have a theory on that.

Years ago (80s), when I was going through my education degree, the big thing was understanding how blacks thought. Studies were thrown at us to show that white people are taught through their culture to wait for rewards and punishment. If a kid acted up at the store, there was a lot of, "Just wait until your dad hears out about this..." You get good grades and then you get the scholarship or Dean's List. You get a job and work hard and in a couple of years you get a raise or promotion. It served us well over the years.

On the other hand, Blacks, these studies said, were taught through their culture to have immediate rewards and punishment - immediate reaction to a stimuli. A kid acted up at a store and wham, right then and there. That semester was too long for them to wait - they couldn't maintain the control for that. They needed more frequent rewards, and same with jobs - needed frequent validation to keep them motivated. It was learned cultural impulsivity. I don't remember all the examples given to us, but the argument was made that blacks have learned to be more impulsive and reactive through their cultural norms.

Look at the crimes of whites v blacks. Blacks commit more the impulsive crime of the moment: knockout games, jacking a car, mugging, getting mad at your friend and shooting him... while white crimes are more thought-out, such as white collar crimes, serial killing, cheating on taxes, etc.

But along with those early studies on observable behavior differences came others showing that people who are more impulsive are also easier to control. You control the stimulus, you control the behavior. People who are taught to think on things are not so easily controlled. So, they needed to make our kids/the population more impulsive so they react quicker and do less deep-level thinking. How do they do that? Technology, for one. Video games which often require quick reactions. Television which has short scenes and short commercials. Old timers will remember back in the 60s when shows were slower-moving and commercials were long. Nope, not any longer. Schools teach kids mini-lessons (because, they say, TV and video games have given students shorter attention spans). So every few minutes it's on to something else. These things cause developing brains to be more impulsive and reactive to stimuli (according to many other studies). These brains are not developing the ability to think deeply and critically. Have you ever seen Bill Gates saying he severely limits screen time for his kids - there is a reason for that! He doesn't want his own kids being brain-washed like your kids are being brainwashed. All the Left has to do now is control the stimuli these children receive, and produce that stimuli regularly enough that these impulse-driven young people react as taught they should. No thinking things through, just reacting. This is the reason why the younger crowd has such completely different thoughts about their politics.

I am German & Welsh on dad's side, Italian on mom's. My mother always made me have pride about being Italian though I looked and behaved German / Welsh in every way and my German grandmother would laugh because she secretly didn't like my mother but adored me, but she did not instill German pride in me, how could she?
