I just thought, back in 1985 my 1st car was a 70 maverick. The floor pans were so rusted out and there was no carpet left that you could see the road if you looked down or if you dropped something it would go right down to the road. It would be so easy to just drive over one of those BLM paintings in the road and drop some paint thinner or something all over it and no one would realize it had happened till much later when it all started running together. A person could also go James Bond and rig up a sprayer under their car and just hit the switch when you drove over one.
