Team, initially approved by JFK, was sent in exchange program to Serpo, The Circle, in the Zeta Reticuli Star Group. It was the basis for Close Encounters of the Third Kind. When there, the team also visited several other planets with living beings and watched genetically Recombitrant DNA Beings being "Lived." The Reticulans roam the universe collecting DNA from various species and recombining the DNA. One might say, "It's their thing!" (Mute the sound and use CC during film)
