I once had one that was spayed and declawed (not by me) and she once spent a month on an acreage. By day two, she had 3 big dogs and the two other cats running around there following her around like she was a general. She got the best spots to sleep in and the rest slept on the ground. It was a fascinating moment of nature to see. A teeny tiny alpha female cat with no weapons controlling a lot of weapons. It's like coming up to somebody with a 44 magnum strapped to his hip. The revolver may not have a single round in it, but YOU GOTTA ASSUME... Sometimes all it takes is ATTITUDE! LOL! |

More than that is a cat lady and that leads to hoarding and storing poop in plastic bags. Not the cat poop. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77532473 People with multiple cats are insane. I was in a dollar store check out line behind a woman one time, She was buying about 9,000 cans of cat food. She smelled like cat piss and was wearing plastic shopping bags as socks. WTF!?! Insane. that sounds like anyone and everyone at the dollar store |

I've only ever loved and trusted one cat in my entire life. His name was midnight. He lived at a friend's house. We could pretty much speak to each other telepathically and he would have dreams with me at night at least twice a year. Every other cat I have met, I can feel its intent to kill. If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it. |

I live-trapped her, set her up with some food and water for a day in isolation away from the other cats (only had three at the time, so was still borderline sane), and then scared her out the door. She got back in the attic and found a way into the utility closet. Basically kept showing up a day or two later inside the house after being coerced to go outside. Fast forward a couple of months, and she gave birth to four kittens, which my younger daughter's cat tried to claim as her own. At this point she got named Boötes. She would nuzzle up to me regularly, but would run away from absolutely everyone else. After the third time of waking up to her having peed on my bed while I was sleeping, I brought her back outside far enough away to where she could not find her way back to me. Besides, she was a skanky little whore and let her own son knock her up ffs... moon and simba from her first (non-inbred) litter: :dchugz: derpy and lux in my avatar are from boötes and brains, the mother-fucker, litter |

I tried to break a feral once and he or she would come up from the basement only when I was sleeping to eat food and drink. Going down to the basement to visit was met with animal sounds that humans are programmed to run away from. He or she eventually chewed through a metal screen door and escaped. |

Even people who don't like cats like my cats becasue they are cool as fuck. I have a three week old rescue who walks on the beach every morning with me and the dogs. She loves every animal, even my fox kit rescues. I know that I have posted this on other threads, but I love this video of my cat and the fox kits. Always makes me smile. Shit this thing could have got the full spectrum welfare. Always needs to be next to you. NEVER, EVER leaves you alone. I get it with being in a new house and new surroundings at first. At week 2, it was becoming very tiresome. Cats come around if they want. Maybe not. Cats are the pioneers. Dogs are the section 8's. |

OCTOPUSSY User ID: 75592146 United States 07/18/2020 10:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have 9 cats. They are all outdoor cats- yes, they come inside and hang out, but prefer to be outdoors. NO litter box. Wouldn't have them contained inside for anything. ALL my cats that came from irresponsible owners who left them when they moved away or never spayed/neutered them as is necessary to keep cat populations under control. I am a normal functioning member of society and and in no way am I a 'CRAZY' cat lady. I love animals, have had 4 dogs over the past 22 years also. LOVE and CARE about ALL animals. Spay and neuter feral cats in my neighborhood to keep population from exploding. The local vets and organizations pay for this and my VOLUNTEER work to do this is much appreciated. I agree that there are probably people that hoard and don't take care of cats for various reasons, but I am not one of these people. My cats are healthy, happy and a joy to be around. They all have their own distinct personalities and they all get along well. So there. It's a stigma that I am willing to live with. |
