Looks like some of you have forgotten this. You probably weren't even born when he was elected President. JFK was a Democrat.November 8, 1960. In a closely contested election, Democrat United States Senator John F. Kennedy defeated incumbent Vice President Richard Nixon, the Republican Party nominee. -50% [ link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] Would you vote for him if he ran against Trump? Probably not.  Democrats were different back then. Both Kennedy and Nixon were good men (in different ways) who tried to buck a system too big for them to handle. They both got disposed of in different ways and basically nobody since has challenged the powers that those two took on. The man was a life long Democrat snip Kennedy did not disappoint his family; in fact, he never lost an election. His first opportunity came in 1946, when he ran for Congress. Although still physically weak from his war injuries, he campaigned aggressively, bypassing the Democratic organization in the Massachusetts 11th congressional district and depending instead upon his family, college friends, and fellow navy officers. In the Democratic primary he received nearly double the vote of his nearest opponent; in the November election he overwhelmed the Republican candidate. He was only 29.-50% [ link to www.britannica.com (secure)] Haha you got me there, both him and Johnson were vote-rigging pros from way back. True enough. Kennedy was far from perfect. He also likes rough sex in the bathtub, so they say. But he wanted to dismantle the Fed and the CIA, which shows he had balls at least. And he fucked up the bay of pigs but handled the Cuban Missile Crisis — easily the closest the planet ever came to total global themonuclear war — with pure finesses. I think Kennedy's back was too bad for rough sex in the bathtub, he was in substantial pain a lot of the time from something or other.
