they don't flip white castle burgers. this is why those
puny little patties have holes in them. they cook all the
way through while on the grill without flipping.

i think the first machine will be like burger king.
the patties pass through a conveyer and come out cooked.

i suspect the real robot will assemble the burger inside
of the machine before it comes out the other side.

that "flame broiled" machine was around in the 70's.

i saw them used at amusement parks back then.
