I don't believe this link will post, but if you go to passwords.gooXXXX.com it will tell you if any of your passwords are compromised.
Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country,
don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy.

Yep, OP. This has happened to me multiple times over the years. There is literally nothing you can ever do about this stuff with any tech company but keep changing your password/passphrase. The best you can do is use a password/passphrase generating program. Only never use a password/phrase managing program. Keep changing your password/phrase daily. Once you are inevitably locked out of your account(s), make new ones and repeat... for the duration of your miserable online life.

Alot of people just do not understand why these mind bogglingly vast data breaches keep happening too. One is due to human error. Two is due to stolen work laptops and/or other work related items that have customers' personal data on them. Three is the IT team for the tech company in question do not use strong enough ITSec... assuming they have been using ITSec stuff in the first place. Within number three this includes the highest and best encryption server side methods. However, this does not always equate to an immeasurably terrible IT team. This can be due to corporate forcing the IT team to run on a shoestring budget.

With this in mind, just remember this is why Trinity needs as many paid users on GLP. Running this site is not cheap. Especially on the levels of reliability Trinity has been successfully running GLP for years now.

Google: And with that politically charged comment the OP's GMail account is now deleted.

I thought maybe it was my ex, because she has a habit of doing that, hence the notifications by phone, but I don't think it was her this time.

You can set your accounts to use TFA or MFA to keep them secure.

If anyone tries to access my Microsoft or Google Accounts I am immediately emailed their IP address and must approve their access.

Noone has ever tried to access them.

Microsoft and Google accounts are only secure, Louis in Richmond, because they disallow infinite password guesses. Ever since AMD and Intel CPUs gained the crypto-technologies as part of their hardware stuff being able to hack into anyone's online accounts has become all too easy. Even if someone were to steal your encrypted files over a decade ago the best CPUs back then would take decades, if not centuries, to break the best encryption.

These days it would take less than a month to do so. Humanity has been using Fallen Angel technologies far too long and with far too much love for Fallen Angel technologies. Humanity can not and will never comprehend just how incredibly dangerous everything has become on the Internet in it's present state of being.

Hah! And the Transhumanist Movement truly believes they can be the arbiters of their fate being complete unquestioning slaves to Fallen Angle technologies inside of their brains, bodies, and possibly their very souls too. Ah well... the Transhumanist Movement demands to be forcibly transform all other humans into permanent Transhumans...

Can anyone tell me if it’s bad that I got a google code (after I requested) but it came from a 833 area code and not the usual 22000 number? How does that work? Rogue voip service taking control of my number or what?
