Vichy Portland mayor Ted Wheeler decided to attend the protests on Wednesday evening. After getting yelled at for the better part of an hour by crazed leftists, he walked over to the big fence that lines the federal courthouse, to join the protesters there.

As usual, the rioters broke through the fence, set several fires, and launched fireworks at building.

Wheeler was still getting debris lobbed at him from the communists. Yet he still has the gall to defend the rioters and blame Trump. He claims he saw nothing that warranted that type of response from the feds:

But if the government officials in my state, around me, sat on their hands and didn't do shit about these creeps on the street harassing me, assaulting me, trying to take away my god-given rights... And they are not only breaking man's law but God's law by lying about what "sanctuary cities" are for. They are not for harboring illegal aliens. They actually are for harboring manslaughter and other crimes that are "accidental" in nature or unplanned and unexpected. But by the old law, that did not matter and you have to pay for the "deed", accidental or not. This was to protect you from the relatives of the dead person from claiming your life or payment for the accident you caused which caused a death. And if you left the city, I'm talking about the tiny city center, you were fair game to be taken down. These people did not travel freely, leave the small area they were "imprisoned" in by their own hands but still a prison with invisible walls if they didn't have walls around their city. Those illegal aliens in USA clown sanctuary cities are jokes along with anyone that agrees with the policy. Illegal in the first place and the feds can slap them down over but so far, the feds have allowed the states to play. Why are you not bitching about that? The feds have all the power, laws, and rights they want to go into those cities and slap them down to the ground like the rabid dogs they've become.
