It looks to me like a purposefully on and off, like a MORSE code type messaging, anyone know MORSE code can give input?

It’s Mandela effect when the cold snaps hardware and power goes out killing everyone because of infrastructure collapse god resets everything and it doesn’t break so they can’t round up people in camps. It was happening in Michigan around 6 months ago. The lights on the street and several companies would be flickering all the time. No logical reason why. Many were brand new lights.

I believe in science NOT religion. Giving me bad karma for that, is anti-religious (you're passing judgement) I am just a man. Of no significance.
