I guess the MKTVULTRA programming must be strong here in Canada. Toronto is not representative of Canada. In northern BC, I hardly see anyone wearing masks. Mostly it's just people working for franchise restaurants wearing them. I went into a provincial tourist office at the entrance to the Wells Gray Provincial Park and Volcano fields, where it was mandatory. I didn't have a mask, so I just hiked my collar up over my mouth and got my map. People panicked a bit at the start but then western Canada ran out of toilet paper and every person here got essential worker status. The Americans who pass through town daily on their way to Alaska are also deemed to be essential travellers. |
