Yesterday, forecasts had Isaias not reaching hurricane strength. Today, some forecasts have a CAT 2 perilously close to Miami and possibly a CAT 3 heading into the Carolinas.  Miami is in play for sure. Miami will feel his presence sometime today. New update has the storm weakening but not very much. Pressure up 2 millibars..track unchanged.
