11am EST update remains mostly unchanged. 80 mph and 987 mb's. Movement is still NW and not NNW @ 10-12 mph. Isaias has slightly weakened and slightly strengthened the last two days. Should have named this one Eddy, as in Steady Eddy.  Florida still very much in play. Next update in 2.5 hours.
