You tard, I know someone personally who is in a wheelchair from that event. There was nothing fake about it. I have customers on Newbury and Boylston St in Boston where the attack occurred and saw the scene personally. Also during massive trauma when you go into shock blood pressure drops (sometimes to fatally low levels) which is why traumatic amputees dont bleed like you would expect, while a simple arterial cut will spurt blood. It's a survival mechanism.
