The 1st US Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston has overturned the death sentence handed down to Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in 2015 for his part in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. Tsarnev's conviction for helping to carry out the bombing that left three people dead and over 260 injured is being upheld, but a new trial will take place to determine a different sentence. One of them got stabbed in the neck during and interview and the other was shot like a million times on a boat that was docked or some shit. It's entirely possible that the Boston Bomber brothers were 'Oswalds', patsy's. The story is Cape Cod fishy. After the bombing - they attended a frat party - which either came out of the most unthinkable callousness, or else they had no sense whatsoever that they were suspects in the bombing. Next, they curiously killed a campus security copy for no reason whatsoever, like Oswald, something that could only draw attention to them. It was public knowledge that every policeman in Massachusetts was looking for their car. They then drove to a second car, and rather than switching cars to one no was was looking for, transferred weaponry to the first car and fled. The intention of the cops was, as with Oswald, to kill them both, but Dzhokar escaped. These guys show every sign of having been patsies, not perpetrators. Later in 2014 the FBI kills a man in his apartment who somewhat resembles Dzhokhar and was a friend of the brothers but on close inspection has a different nose shape - was this man the actual bomber? Fascinating case...as these types of things can be.
