Does anyone know anything anymore? No, Trump cannot just ban Tiktok. There is currently no law on the books that would allow this. In case some of you nuts haven't figured this out yet, Trump is not a King and cannot just randomly issue decrees.
Go check out some of the scathing rebukes of Trump by the Supreme Court of some of his illegal actions. And yes, I'm aware of the just released opinion on the wall. This is only a temporary order and the case is still pending.
