Not a doctor so feel free to ignore this advice...

Had a toothache that ended up a root canal...

2 Tylenol and 2 ibuprofen together...
Water-pic full of hydrogen peroxide to wash it out...
Orajel swabs for gums...

This got me through a couple days of work until I could get to the dentist.
