Wow, that sucks OP. However, I don’t think there’s a clause in the speed law that says “Shall not exceed posted speed, unless everyone else is speeding.”
On another note, fight the charge. They might give you a deal to plead to a lesser charge. If it goes to trial, look up the problems with radar on the internet, then use them against the officer.

So it's likely the Officer has demonstrated the calibration of his radar unit on camera at the beginning of his shift. That age old angle isn't much use anymore. Better off with a good lawyer who's a buddy of the Judge.
