80+ in va is automatic reckless. it blows.
Quoting: allentownchemtard yea i think OP topped the magic number and thats why this is happened. but couldnt a court date possibly end better than a major ticket? guaranteed court date 80+, even if out of state. funny 2 years ago i got pulled over going 83 in a 55 in pa, cop gave me non points violation for 5 over and sent me on my way. couple hundred dollar tax to drive fast spaced out every 2 or 3 years, meh. va blows for traffic laws.
