I'm in South Central. Pennsylvania is not Liberal.
Look at the 2016 County Level voting map. Out of 67 counties, 55 are red If it wasn't for Philadelphia, the Rebublican vote would win the state every time.
Like many states, only the urban centers vote Democrat and in Philadelpha there are districts that report more votes than eligible voters and sometimes 100% of the vote is Democrat. That's a statistical impossibility.

Although the number of Democrat registered voters outnumbers Republicans by about 900,000. However, with Biden telling everyone he is going to shut down fracking and energy that is a total loser here. And the polls showing Biden ahead by 2%, gives me confidence the state will go Trump again. The last time they had Hillary up by 9 points the day before the election.
