Personally I think the second wave will come around the end of September. At the moment the majority of Europe is on summer vacation until the end of August. In Germany most of the schools are off until mid/end August and some mid September.

Also, in Germany as well as for example in France, many offices/factories implement a mandatory summer vacation for a few weeks in August as orders are usually down due to so many being on holiday. It's the so-called summer slump.

I just believe that too many will be travelling around until the end of August - Mid September that it would be a
it tricky to co-ordinate/convince people to abide.
When all of the vacationers have returned, they'll
scold us all and the lockdowns to follow.

The media is already starting to push the second wave nonsense. Unfortunately many are still being controlled by fear. Considering Germany's history, one would think a bit more critical thinking would be applied.

In any case, a second wave will wipe out a lot of small, mid-sized businesses. My company has been working at 60% since April and our boss has says this will probably go until the end of the year or longer. Staff has been let go and we our downsizing our office space, hoping we can pull through this.
