I live in the mountains in Southwest Colorado. Lots of old mining towns with a few hundred or less people living there. I've started seeing it in most towns here now.

I live in a similar town as you - 1 traffic light and about 1000 people, maybe 3 black families here that everyone knows and likes. It's started popping up here too. Not by the black families though.
