If bowing head to God in prayer,can tell Him you are asking this prayer of Him, "in the name of Your son, Jesus Christ"

Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:6

I am the way and the truth and the life: Jesus is the way because it is only through him that it is possible to approach God in prayer. He is also “the way” for humans to be reconciled to God.

John 16:23
23 In that day you will ask me no question at all. Most truly I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything, he will give it to you in my name.

24 Until now you have not asked for a single thing in my name. Ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete.

25 “I have spoken these things to you in comparisons. The hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in comparisons, but I will tell you plainly about the Father.

26 In that day you will make request of the Father in my name; in saying this, I do not mean that I will make request for you.

32 Look! The hour is coming, indeed, it has come, when each one of you will be scattered to his own house and you will leave me alone. But I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

33 I have said these things to you so that by means of me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but take courage! I have conquered the world.”
{ "The ruler of this world is coming, and he has no hold on me." -Though Satan"bruised him in the heel" trying to get a "hold", Jesus conquered the world with his faith in his Father.}
