The social contract is broken.

If one law within the contract is not applied equally across all parties, no laws within the contract are valid anymore.

The unequal application of laws and the introduction of immoral and inane laws is being done by judges, so it is the judges who have nullified the social contract. The street-level liberals (like the coffee-throwers) are simply acting on the nullification.
