I assume they're talking about the insufferable amount of advertising on some of these websites. It's not that bad on this article.

CLIFF NOTES: old Western men are fondling 15 year old prostitutes in public. 1 in 4 prostitutes there are below the age of 18. Prostitutes can "earn" roughly one month's wages per client.

The article stops short of talking at all about the fact that this market is, of course, run topdown by organized criminal and a lot of those girls are lucky if they don't get beat at the end of the day as payment.

The articles says Western. yet most of it seems to be about English pedo's. American law is universal on the subject. If an American citizen is traveling abroad and engages in that action, they can and will be prosecuted by the American judicial system.
