BREAKING: IDF operating in Syria

Air defense systems activated in Damascus area

IDF spokesperson:
Tonight, fighter jets, combat helicopters and IAF aircrafts attacked Syrian army targets in southern Syria in response to the bomb placement incident which happened last night in the southern Golan Heights border.

The targets attacked includes observation posts and means of gathering intelligence, anti-aircraft guns and means of command and control at Syrian army bases.

The IDF considers the Syrian regime responsible for any action taken in its territory, and will continue to act resolutely against any violation of the sovereignty of the State of Israel.
