it is now over 3 million customers, which is probably at least double that number in terms of people, without power.

This will be a long night for many people.

States to the south are seeing their numbers improve as electricity is restored; states in New England are losing power.

I'm about 40 minutes outside NYC, and haven't had electricity since the storm came through early this afternoon. Fortunately, I bought a generator a few months ago, anticipating virus pandemic shortages. I also bought 4 5 gallon gas cans from Home Depot a few weeks ago, and filled them up tonight, in anticipation of fuel lines tomorrow. All my extra phone and flashlight batteries are charged. Fridge/freezer is cold, because of the generator. Lost a bunch of HUGE tree limbs, but it's all good!

My power is out, I'm a pathetic tard, I dunno what to do.
Try being without power for a couple months, I did it in Katrina and prospered! Took care of 18 people who were as retarded as they come for prepping.
I actually would be good with a grid down forever.

It is like dead air here, hard to eat food it just lays on your stomach and makes you sick feeling.
I have pics sent to me by phone from my son he was under this thing like some kind of vortex that was like pulling upward through a hole in it what was below it.

Looked like some kind of torando trying to form, everything is still with a high humidity and the pressure is enormous.

Finally got power back early this morning.

I went out a bought a generator, and didn't even get to use it. At least I have it for next time.
