When the power of the MOAB was showed off to the entire world when the US used it on Afghanistan terriorist tunnel network. You can clearly see it an intial smaller explosion as it reaches its target depth like a bunker buster. Then comes the Boom with the massive secondary explosion. Exactly what happened in Beirut no? Smaller explosion hit first, people noticed, started filming. Then caught the Mega boom a few seconds later. Note: Not implying US did it. They have the technology, but so does every nuclear power in the world have some form of non-nuclear MOAB's
