Mandatory vaccines isn't a Canadian issue. We're watching it play out in most countries on earth.

I would guesstimate 60 % of the Canadian population will take the shot out of fear of catching the virus. The other 25 - 30% will be persuaded by threats of losing their jobs, being cut off their benefits Etc.

10 - 15% remaining will NOT take it.

In Canada, 10 - 15% of the population represents 3 - 4.5 million Canadians.

IF the vaccines work, 10 -15% of anti-vaxxers shouldn't matter to the overall effectiveness of the "herd immunity" and would (presumably) be ignored.

On the other hand, if the vaccines are ineffective or something other than what they say it is, that other 10 - 15% will be a thorn in their side and must be dealt with accordingly.

I personally believe this is going to go "biblical."

There can never be mandatory vaccines in Canada.

Each province in Canada has there own Immunization Acts that override federal acts (ex: Immunization of School Pupils Act).



Every provincial immunization act has legal exemption clauses.

Most common clause is:

"Statement of Conscience or Religious Belief Affidavit" clause.


Any forced or mandatory vaccination of any kind would immediately be in direct violation of not only the immunization acts, but the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms as well.

Any legal challenge brought forward would destroy the mandatory or forced vaccination.
