For a solid month now I have been eating wild blackberries right off the vines alongside the local bicycle/hiking trails. This year of 2020 has the largest crop of them I have ever seen. They look just like your thumbnail pic.

I eat almost 100% Carnivore, but the berries are loaded with beneficial enzymes and probiotics that help digest fats and proteins. Sugar messes me up but thee berries do not.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72497887

Because you are getting them from the environment, lots of good bacteria outside in the wild, especially if you eat that food out there. This is why local grown food is encouraged too, we are part of the same environment.

I like kombucha, but can't drink it while I am working. I'm subject to random DOT alcohol and drug testing. And kombucha has alcohol in it.

I love GoodBelly products. They work for me.

I'm trying to find the cfu in the product, I think you sent me a link and this has 30,000 in it too? That would be good too as long as it's over 30,000.

The pills are confusing because there is 90,000 in some and we only need from 12 strains and they have 15 strains and some are more or less, it's not equal.

There is a lot of science in this shit.

Re: Let's discuss Probiotics and digestive enzymes, poop health.
It's not difficult at all. Only eat natural foods or things that you could make yourself with natural ingredients.\

Meat, dairy (if your stomach can take dairy), fruits, nuts/seeds, vegetables. That's pretty much it.

Grains are bad. No corn or wheat (there are others, but those are the main ones). Almond flour, coconut flour, rice flour can get you by for pasta, bread, crackers, etc.

Eat NOTHING that has big words you can't pronounce in the ingredients. Eat NOTHING that comes in a box.

It can be fine tuned further, but just doing the above will fix almost all digestive and run of the mill health problems.

Inflammation causes hundreds of diseases and ailments that doctors and pharma get rich by treating. Why treat it with pills you can't pronounce when you can cure it outright by not ingesting ingredients you can't pronounce?
I did it. I did it on purpose. And I'll do it again.

Also, consider 3g glycine before sleep at night, it's amazing for REM deep sleep. It makes 7 hours feel like I slept 20.

I was able to get off the sleeping pills with it. I take 3 of these 30 minutes before bed.

Turns out we lack glycine in our diets from not eating cartlige/tendons like we used to. Glycine is also found in collagen peptides, I take some of that in the AM, then the 3g glycine PM.

COCONUT CULT

Our coconut yogurt is unlike anything else and probably the most powerfully probiotic food you've ever had. We small batch ferment 800 billion highly active probiotics into every quart, creating an insanely probiotic coconut yogurt.

i drink three to four kombucha a day. i have zero gut or intestinal or poop issues. disclaimer: i take colloidal silver two to four times a week too.... however, even if i skip colloidal silver for awhile, i still have no issues drinking kombucha multiple times daily.

there is also a study that they control our brain and food choices. They are precisely the reason why people find it so hard to give up junk food.

I think all the stuff that isn't refrigerated is junk. I remember my doctor prescribing align, that stuff is total bull, so expensive too and absolutely no benefit. They do make a ton of money on a bunch of stuff that doesn't actually work. IDK if it was the kefir or the Dr. Formulated pills I took but something changed in my biome.

Colloidal Silver is antibiotic. You will be harming you gut flora by taking it for no reason.
 Quoting: Deluge

i consider internal hygiene a good reason. maybe the three to four kombucha a day helps. i can say i have no health issues. i am probably more healthy than you. i'm not going to stop taking colloidal silver based on opinions vs my personal experience.

maybe, but as i said, i drink three to four bottles a day. being immune to cancer, viruses, bacteria, and fungus makes it well worth it though.
