Try doing a solar plexus punch. One atemi is a double punch where one unches towarc the chin, and the other fist is turned upside down and punches the gut. That is almost always effective as it's difficult to block both. It surprises people.

You can feint and then go do a hammerfist on the top of their head. They expect the fist to collide with their face.

You should hammerfist to the collarbone as it easily breaks. They are stunned when that is applied. The hammerfist is relaxed and comes down and tenses, thus this increases the velocity.
