Yes. Florida keeps going back and forth between dark red and green. Ireland, what OP originally posted, has been yellow since I started watching the map. I don't know what Ireland was when he initially posted.

That's not true. There are winds that blow to the northwest in the mediterrean sea. Look at the wind map in this link, shows arrows pointing pretty much directly from Lebanon to the northwest

3 hours ago, Galway had a spike to 8000 for about a few minutes. Can't tell if it was a meter-test reading or not. Florida was definitely just a meter test. Sicily's moving average for the past 2 hours is about 300 cpm, which may be their normal. There are many places on Earth's surface with far higher normal background than that.

All the meters are measuring cpm from combined Beta and Gamma radiation. These meters do not measure energy levels of the radiation.
