We always loved visiting NYC. Yankee Stadium baseball when ARod, Derek Jeeter, and Hideki Matsui played. They were such good times and lots of fun memories for our family. Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, walking the Brooklyn Bridge and all around the city.... lots of walking! The subways, wild cab rides, Bryant Park, Wall Street, the Staten Island Ferry, the Statue of Liberty. Good food at many restaurants. We did all that for so many years.

I don't think we missed anything. My daughter lived across the Hudson......had beautiful views of Manhattan. We made many trips across the Hudson on the ferries. Also many trips under the Hudson on the Path Trains. She always had fun with her friends but decided to move to warmer weather in 2010.

I even volunteered at the RNC in 2004. Had a blast. I got to see what a convention was like all week, and especially the day when the president, vice president, their families, and delegates were there. Interesting!
