don't know if you have covid or other health things with a panic attack.

I hate shivering when I'm don't feel cold. Especially annoying when it's 80 degrees.

Sounds like hypoxia to me from lack of oxygen if you feel faint, confused, racing heart,cheeks flushing, headaches, and shaking you are in the early stages.. If you are wearing a mask for long periods this is possible, even if the shills here say otherwise...

I think you need a bunch of cluster migraine headaches.

I went and got some things called "dopa bean" its from a plant like the Florida velvet bean.
Also African and India.
It has L dopa properties.

This is some kind of tremor. "Essential tremor" it matches perfectly in symptoms. Unless its Parkinson's and I dont think so.

Thus could be covid related but I just feel it's environmental.

Trying the dopa with all kinds of other supplements. Still weak

Are you a coffee drinker? Sometimes too much caffeine can do that. I overdosed on caffeine years ago and my heart was racing really fast and I had the shakes..

we did get quite a high wind from a coronal hole. Actually I had this stuff yesterday morning when I got up... today I am in very good shape... My heart was racing.. I was dizzy and off balance and did not take my walk.. until noon after I felt better.
