Get rid of the Chinese Communist Party and implement democratic reforms (which most of the people want anyhow), and you will have a fantastic nation. Yes, it will take time. Yes, there will be fuckups along the way. Yes, there are many things that need to be unfucked. But in the end, I personally believe the country would thrive. I used to live in that part of the world and the vast majority of Chinese I have met have been good people, just trying to get through life like the rest of us without too much bullshit from our overlords.
