I'm in Florida, and supposedly they shut down all the Bank of Americas due to COVID19, and we're talking drive-throughs too, which apparently they WERE open, but then suddenly deemed to be a danger, or whatever.

Yeah, any moron who cannot see that this pandamania crap is nothing more than a cover for some sort of financial banking issue has got rocks in their heads.

ya, the bank location where this ATM is has been closed for the past 4 months and the only thing operating is the ATM machines. but this is the first time my bank told me an ATM machine was shut down indefinitely due to COVID-19. I didn't even bother asking her why because I'm sure I would have got some stupid mindless bullshit answer. I just wonder what their little game is now.

Can confirm in central cali. BofA all shut down except one branch in this city of over half a million. The one open has a line of people and a line of cars 20+ deep each. 2 drive up atms but only one drive through and one walk up is open.

Weird, they did this both in Cali and Florida, both coastal states, which huge coastline, really got to be a reason, what is it, financial, war????

Maybe Bank of America is looking to drive out all their petty little peasant accounts and only do business with the big boys. No problem. I'm ready to transfer my account anytime.

No point in asking the phone attendant for any answers because she doesn't have any. I'm sure she has a list of prepared statements she's required to read word for word in response to any questions I would have. She'll give responses without answering any of my questions.

Checked on that same ATM today. Still down after more than a week. Called the bank again and was told they have no idea when or if it will be working again. I'll check back again next week.

they are pushing the cashless society, this is a sign, one of many.

Stopped by the same ATM this morning, still down. Called the number on the machine to report it down again. Another person answered and this time she asked for my social security number! Then she said "let me check on that". Came back a few minutes later and said "that machine is down due to COVID-19 exposure and there is not scheduled to be back in service."

Time for them to start getting serious and taking action in their literal war on paper cash. It'll be almost entirely eliminated by this time next year.

the funny thing is there are 3 machines at this location and the other 2 are working fine. If they shut down one machine "due to COVID-19 exposure", then why the hell wouldn't they shut down all 3???


And another funny thing I just thought of. If it's REALLY down due to COVID-19 exposure, why wouldn't they put a sign on it or tape it off with some kind of safety tape to let people know to stay away from it? This ATM is wide open and there's no message telling people it's down due to COVID-19 exposure.

I think I'm being BAMBOOZLED by my bank. Time to start shopping for a new bank.

Probably the rollout of a planned digital currency tied to ID 2020.

It makes NO SENSE to blame this on Covid, why would you want all these people to gather in ONE branch location.

If they were really worried about a pandemic they would spread people out.

that was exactly my complaint about my local walmart grocery store. when this covid shit got rolling with the media and the demotards, the first thing walmart did was cut back their operating hours AND cut back the number of operating checkouts. Not only did this cause longer lines and longer waiting times, but also forced people to shop during their new limited hours, which means more people in the store during those hours. They also hired professional security and more of them.

If they were really concerned about keeping people from crowding together for safety purposes, they would have done exactly the opposite, increasing store hours and increasing working checkouts to lower the number of customers in the store at a given time to prevent crowding.

So obviously, public safety was NOT their concern.

Stop making so much sense!
