Israel DOES NOT call up other countries after an explosion and say 'Oh gee guys, we're super sorry to hear about that mishap, we just want you to know that we HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!!', but guess what, they did this time!

If you save the video and play with MPC-HC frame by frame, from around 1.53 it looks like that object splits into 2 separate objects as it goes into the middle area of the smoke plume.
